Follow these easy steps to add custom domain to blogger in minutes:

STEP-1: On blogger dashboard go to settings → Basic

STEP-2: Click + Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog and you will see a page as shown in below screenshot

STEP-3: Type your custom domain in the Third party domain settings field and click save. First, you will see the below error message.

STEP-4: Below the error message, you will see two CNAME records as follows:

www ghs.google.com
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.dv.googlehosted.com

Don’t forget to replace “xxxxx” with the correct terms as provided to you.

STEP-5: Copy your CNAME record details and carefully save it in a text file. In the next step, we have to configure DNS of your domain name

STEP-6: Go to settings page on your domain service provider website where you have purchased domain name. Look for DNS Management or Manage DNS anywhere on settings page or domain management page. The location of DNS management varies and looks different among various service providers.

STEP-7: Click Add Record button and fill up correct CNAME details which were provided on blogger dashboard settings page that you have saved in your text file locally.

STEP-9: Wait for some time and again go to blogger dashboard settings page as said in STEP-2 and repeat the process told in STEP-3.

STEP-10: Make a checkmark in the checkbox below third party domain name box to redirect example.com to www.example.com
